COATING

After completion of winding process, the wound core is to be mounted on coating lathe and rotate it mechanically. By using wire brushes, high strength mortar is compacted on the core of required thickness uniformly. After completion of coating the core, pipe will be ready. Same is to be kept on sand bed for one day.
