PSC pipes are being rigid can be laid without any special bedding with a minimum problem in future.

The joints are flexible, since PSC pipes are laid on the formed bedding, any ground movement or erosion of surrounding soil cannot disturb the pipeline.

PSC pipes having rubber ring joint, the jointing process is very fast and simple and there is no requirement of any special tools.

PSC pipes are rigid hence normal backfilling is sufficient.

Maintenance cost is quit less if pipeline is properly laid down.

Thread Rolling Machine = Here High Tensile (H.T), longitudinal, fixed lengths are threaded at both ends on threading machine, after threading M.S buttons are inserted at both ends

Tensioning Machine = Here the above longitudinal are put inside the moulds and inserted into the specific tension bolt used for giving tension or stresses in longitudinal. To give tension longitudinal the tension bolts are pulled with the help of hydraulic jack connected to standard hydraulic machines.

Concrete Mixer = This is specially made mixer where concrete is add mixer by special mechanical devices.

Molding Machines = The ready moulds (as Fig. no. 5 & 6 shows) are kept on runners and spin with a mechanical device called Servo Drive System. While spinning, the concrete is fade, with help of Conveyer Belts (Ref.fig.no.6) concrete gets set due to centrifugel force and after setting mould will be removed and kept the green mould for enitial setting. Then the mould is stopped and roll down base after this process Socket is finished with the help of Socket Polish Brush.

Assembling and Demoulding = Here molds are demolded and core pipe is taken out with mechanical device. Then this core pipe is rolled in the sprinkler. Here the core pipes are used for 3 to 4 days for allowing required concrete strength.

Wire Winding = Here the wired core pipe is mounted on winding lathe. The pipe is revolved by mechanical device. The H.T wire is wound on the pipe with specific pitch. The Pitch is (distance between two wires) depand upon the diameter and the pressure head of pipe.

Cement Out Coating Machines = This machineries are fully mechanized where the wound pipe is out coated at the thickness of 22 mm to 25 mm, here for out coating cement and screened sand is used as per the mix design with little water cement ratio. After this out coating pipe is taken out on lath and kept on sand base after 18 to 20 hrs. of drying of coated pipe, pipes are lowered in curing ponds for curing purpose. Pipes are cured for 8 to 10 days and after that removed by mechanical device and rolled on pipe testing base.

Hydrostatic Testing Machine = Here a special type of machine is used for pipe testing the pipe is mounted on a machine. Water is filled in by centrifugal pump, the pipe is subjected to require procure head by pressuring of excess of water by using a special pumps called " Reciprocating Pupms", the pump is tested to require pressure head by reading of water pressure gauges if the pipe found leak proof then it is conformed that pipe is sound in all respect as per the specifications before the pipes are dispatched to specific customer or site.
