WINDING (CIRCUMFERENTIAL PRESTRESSING)

All the cores are to be mounted on mechanized wire winding machine. 4 mm H.T. Wire in coil form used for this process.

All the Cores are wound by using this wire after tensioning it by means of wire die. As per design requirement number of turns are mentioned on core locked at the both ends of core.
